DEPOSITS

All appointment bookings require a deposit of $150 for Microblading, and $50 for Keratin Lash Lifts, in order to reserve a spot and will go towards the total cost of service
48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment or you will lose your deposit. Only one rebooking is allowed; for additional rebookings you will be subject to a fee of $75
You must notify the studio ASAP if you will be late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will lose your appointment as well as your deposit
Deposits are non-refundable

EYEBROW TOUCH-UPS

The cost of service includes one free touch up appointment which must be booked and claimed no sooner than 6 weeks and no later than 8 weeks following your first appointment
It is your responsibility to schedule your touch up and make note of the time and day
Complimentary touch up will be lost if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment. Only one rebooking is allowed; for additional rebookings you will be subject to a fee of $75 plus the cost of a touch up service
If you schedule your appointment beyond the 8 week mark, additional fees will apply

You must email a clear photo of your eyebrows, with no makeup on them, in natural light to assess whether a cover up is possible to do
More than 1 session may be necessary to successfully and naturally cover up any previous work; results are not guaranteed
If you book a session, but do not disclose previous Microblading and then show up to your appointment you will be sent home and forfeit your deposit
